absolutely perfect location, best host, well airconditioned and very specious room, everything you need. very enjoyable stay, the bathroom with a bathtub was a bonus. the breakfast i got was delicious and reasonably priced. superb service.

loved every moment of it, could use a dishwasher, a dining area and a writing table. you can prepare your own meals in kitchenette. not far from capodichino airport, 25 km.
